I help women feel confident about themselves and take the anxiety out of health and wellness. I created a training methodology specifically for women who’s goal is to gain muscle and maintain or reduce body fat. This method has proven successful results for my in person and online clients of all ages. As a certified nutrition coach I can help tailor your macronutrients to mirror this training method. As a former collegiate athlete, I now coach adult and youth athletes to perform and excel in their sport in my small group fitness classes here at EMPWR Fitness.
